New documentation system to put RDT clients even further ahead of the competition

UK, Australia: LEADING insurance technology supplier RDT is delighted to announce that it has boosted its client package by teaming up with communications software specialist Aia Software.
Aia’s Intelligent Text Processing solution, ITP, has been integrated into RDT’s flagship insurance platform Landscape to further enhance its customer communications capability.
The solution reduces overheads by swiftly producing branded, personalised documents – regardless of their complexity – and providing yet another tool for insurers who are seeking to gain an edge over their competitors.
ITP can produce all types of policy and claims documents accurately and appropriately branded, which significantly saves time and cost. Many of RDT’s clients provide insurance through a number of brands, which they manage with a single Landscape platform. Therefore this new ability for teams to tailor documents across all brands, quickly and simply via one production system, will be most welcome.
Of particular benefit is the claims letter functionality, which allows scripted journeys to be defined for claims consultants. This means that personalised correspondence can be created without the need for ad hoc editing, thereby assuring the quality of all correspondence.
